WHU is the gateway through which every Unit Manager must pass. It provides an opportunity for enhanced learning to occur. The four days of WHU are conducted at the corporate campus in Norcross, Ga. and include classes on topics including interviewing, hiring, leading a team, ethics, customer service, diversity awareness and Waffle House business skills. In addition, all WHU participants complete a day-long ServSafe food safety training class.

Exciting.. nostalgic, too, I admit (my first acceptance letter was from University of California at Santa Barbara).

I feel bad for the folks with too many options. I only applied to 3 schools when I began the trek to my future and all three accepted. It was a tough decision to decide which to go to. In the end, I chose the one that gave me the largest baseball scholarship.
