Root Goodbye Ally!

I just wanted to say goodbye to all of the Ally community, and the phone itself.

I got so tired of the Ally being so slow even with Velocity 1.1, that I decided to go out and buy a DROID X2 at full price, and at this point, I cannot be happier.

I already have root and a custom ROM. It's amazing! I definitely recommend this phone to anybody looking to upgrade (if you aren't interested in 4G).

Thank you to the Velocity team for making this phone bareable for the 11 months I had the phone.

I do think Velocity increased the performance of the Ally tenfold, but it's a low-end phone that will be sluggish no matter what. I will be upgrading to a new phone soon, hopefully the Droid 3. I can live with MotoBlur.
