That doesn't look like the stock Sony lockscreen, but I'm moving this topic to the Sony Xperia Z1 sub-forum so that other users of the handset can chime in with suggestions.
 
On my Experia tablet I'll get this when I draw from the screen's lower left corner upward to the screen's center ... and when I lift my finger then the Google Search screen appears :)

Of course it's not.... it's not ANY lockscreen - this is standard behaviour in JB when you drag up from the Home button, even in third-party launchers such as Nova. Which I discovered when I tried it. Doh! :o again.

Sorry for the misinformation, darkfly. Afaik there's no way to alter this.
