Google is said to be building their own version of the Amazon Echo

Google is reportedly building an Amazon Echo competitor. That much was revealed in a piece by The Information which highlights the struggles and frustrations of Nest after being acquired by Google. It's said Nest wanted to spearhead the project for the smart home hub, but was rejected.

I would buy this. Google answering my questions without using my computer or phone would be nice around the house. ... Not to mention home automation and future Nest products!!!
