For Sprint, not Verizon. No way in he$$. That's why I'm on Sprint. It's obvious Verizon doesn't care or they have a lengthy lab process with HTC.

Sprint says does the OS work HTC? Okay throw these bloat apps in and push it out. Stamped approved!

Yeah I just meant when HTC will release the update, as to the carriers I don't know, I'm from England so I don't know what the carriers are like in the US.

For those with unbranded devices it'll be January/February.

For custom ROM's it'll be even sooner ;)
 
The update situation is making me consider the Nexus 6. My only gripe is the size. That phone is huge...
 
Those of us that had the Galaxy Nexus on Verizon know that updates were very slow even though it was a Nexus device. I am hopeful this may not be the case with the Nexus 6 since all of the Nexus 6s have the same radios.

The only Nexus models that get quick updates seem to be the ones that are sold directly by Google, Verizon users need not apply as updates for Nexus devices sold by Verizon must still be approved by Verizon.
