Here is the official announcement:

New in Google Maps for Android: Updated reviews, search filters, and Latitude real-time updating - Official Google Mobile Blog)

Too bad the real time updating for Latitude is only for Android 2.2 and higher :-(

[Airmaxx23]

It gets stuck on downloading and then changes to download paused. It's actually happening with any app at this time.

[SprintFun]

Phew, not just me. I too cannot download it nor download any other apps.

[Kabob]

Not working for me either.

[Airmaxx23]

Phew, not just me. I too cannot download it nor download any other apps.

That makes me feel better, thank you.

[andygu3]

I was able to update TB successfully, no go on the update for 4.6. Downloading paused... download unsuccessful

[Trooper]

I cant update Google Maps, TIBU, or download anything at the moment.

My Mar-Ket brings all the girls to the yard, installing alot better than yours...

Worked for me - a little "stumbly" but it worked and opened properly.

I was able to download it after trying 5-6 times. Try it again now.

The market's working when it feels like right now. I was able to update Titanium backup and Google Maps 4.6.0, I got lucky I guess.....not working for me right now.

[Boldt]

Mine installed on the second try, thought something was wrong with my phone until I saw this thread - all is well.
