Google Navigation app is not available?

[stanw]

I had a Google Navigation app on my Note2 with VZW, though I'm trying to setup a friend's Note3 on ATT and there is no stock Navigation app, and it is not available to me through the Play store.

Anyone know what is going on?

Thanks.
