Root Google Navigation has turned into 2D view

[houstonian]

I recently noticed that the Google Navigation has turned into 2D view so it is hard to figure out the route while driving. It's like using the Google map rather than the Turn by Turn 3D perspective view.

I have a HTC EVO 4G Sprint Version (rooted) with Swagged out 2.09 ROM. The problem started since last update of google map. Am I missing something or there is a specific option to switch between the 2D and 3D view in the Navigation.

try and go into recovery and wipe dalvik cache and cache and see if that helps. maybe try and clear cache just for google navigation.

Could always try clearing app cache and data.

You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling from market
