Root Got a bit of a problem

The Metro store is closed. They open like at 9 and its 11:48. I'm skeptical about how they gave me service for 24hrs and I go to metro and they're closed. Hm...


did you go to an actual metro pcs office? or one of those "authorized" dealers

can't trust those people, they are like used car dealers or the president. make lots of promises while robbing you blind

Have you gone into the hidden menu and looked at your min #?

It has to be something missing, i know it.

If you wanna mess with it before you travel to a store i think there's something you need to check first and that's you're min.

Someone had this same problem a week ago or so and it was their min and it was different from their phone number and that's what was messing his service up. Cause its usually the same as your number but his wasn't and metro was the one that fixed it.

That's why i said call metro. They didn't do anything when you called and i'm willing to bet that's your problem.
 
If it was me i would do one of several things.

Call metro and tell them specifically that you think your min is missing. That way they will go in and look at least.

Or get your min from them and manually enter yourself either through the hidden menu (##626*) or through lgpnst which is in my test mode/service guide.
 
Alright so i called Metro and the guy says I have to pay 50 dollars again cuz my service is suspended he said something about a bill recycle and them other guys in Metro didn't tell me I guess that ties in with the 1 month suspension I had.

However, this is complete utter bull crap no way in hell I'm paying another 50

when did you get your service? if it was the last week of the cycle those guys should have told you that another payment would be do.
 
My phone got suspended a month ago of the 29th and i went to pay it the 29th that passed two days ago and they never told me anything of the bill recycle.

ok so they had you pay the past bill but not the reconnection. Thats why I only deal with metro pcs its self and not those authorized people

So got any bright ideas? I'm sure not gonna go spend 50 bucks more. They didn't even worn me about this shit at all. I suppose refund and canceling my account is in order?

well can't blame metro for morons that run those authorized stores, one reason i make my payments online, you get to see whats up for your self instead of having some half assed worked looking at a computer screen telling you whats going on.
 
just a heads up to yall metropcs did some crazy stuff to my account this month i paid my bill and 2 weeks later they cut my service someone transfered funds from my account to another account i had to go back and fourth between corporate store calling and chatting to get it straightened out so hold on to your receipts in case this happens to yall

just a heads up it will happen again . they got me 3 times and it was the same number for the first 2 times. and this junk that u have to wait for them to look it over. so i have a month ahead now, cause they wont refund my money back :captain::banghead:

were you ever late paying ? cause i always pay way before my due date but for some reason 2 weeks later they said i took money out of the account and put it into another account. they are so stupid because if i have a balance of 100 and i pay 100 then thats it you took my money i have no credit how could i take money out of it if theres nothing there to take out. metropcs is like a really bad math teacher thats never wrong.
 
Yeah I can't blame Metro just the stupid people that dunno shit and I question how they get jobs over people that actually do know stuff..
 
cause corporate stored dont care about that they make money by taking peoples money by any means necessary like krs-one
