Got some questions? think they're stupid? POST 'EM HERE

its been off and on for some time thought mayb a virus so I got protection but the problem continued got memory booster cuz I thought it cuold be a shortage .the problem is speratic behavior the screen not registering a touch and the screen freezes or locks up temperaly any help or sugestions would be apreciated

I told you these phones were alive...yours just has a bad attitude...hanging out with the wrong crowd and not doing as its told... climbing out the bedroom window at night...probably sneaking smokes out behind the shed...I think your phone needs a time out! :cool:

was the phone every drop sometimes or bump hard, also did it get a little wet or damp?
 
whats are these: Reboot Handset, Hot Boot, Boot Loader, Recovery Console, Power Down, and Wipe Handset : can you please explain each of them

Prolly ... But my baby is prolly just tryin ta act like meh.. Hmm maybe I shuldnt have snuck out whn I was young ahahahaha :p besides im on here to "tame" my phn lol .. Ur nt gunna help... Isnt that the point of bn on here?... Lol

It's been pretty good so far but I haven't really messed with it much cuz i dont wanna screw it up again.... but Ive otice that ow I no longer have the android market in the menu or anywhere I was curious how to get that back....

Also, I have a friend who also has the ascend with just stock... and yet she can run anything without using wifi but i cant run anything at all without it and it's very irratating... when I try to upgrade to the cricket android plan it says my phone wont go up to the android plan.... is there something I can download or something so i can run apps and stuff on my mobile internet or am I just S.O.L?

When I froze canvas, I didnt have any problems, but these phones seem to have a mind of their own. The only thing I can think of is, did you remove everything from all of your home screens on canvas before you froze it? If not that might cause a problem, especially if you had it on go launcher AND canvas. You should remove everything from the launcher you are not using anyway, especially things like widgets and clocks, because you don't need extra things running in the background and slowing your phone down. If you still can't freeze it, it's not a big deal, it's not hurting anything anyway. It might actually be a good thing not to freeze it in case your go launcher ever decides to freak out and not open, you will still be able to use your phone. Some people had a problem like that a long time ago with launcher pro.

You need to call cricket customer service *611 and tell them to put you on the android plan, or you won't be able to use the market or any google apps that need a data connection. A lot of people have had this problem where they put you on the wrong plan, including me.

*Edit- if you can't see the market at all, did you remember to flash GAPPS? (google apps)
 
made a thread about it but I could use all the help I can get so I'll post again

ascend is a friends and not mine so it hasn't been rooted flashed or anything. when I plug it in to the charger and press and hold the power button all I see is the battery charging screen with the percentage it's charged. I can't do anything else with it.

even if I hold the powerbutton for a long time nothing happens. any fix to this?

Ya I actually did delete everythn in canvas... N whn I freeze it the fc.screen pops up continuously so I gotta b quik ta unfreeze it ... I havnt tried it again .. But just thot it was odd that NO ONE else but me had this problem...

P.s. Y u eye rollin ta help meh on a forum? Ya weirdo! Lol :p
 
No one here has accused Gmash of being normal. But then I haven't net anyone normal on here yet. I like it that way though.

It's not like a computer, when you put things in the trash can, they don't really go anywhere. Just long press the screen and select from the menu that pops up to get them back.
