Help Got the Galaxy S2 Skyrocket today I have a question...

Hey guys so I bought the s2 skyrocket today, love it so far, but I have a question, certain times when I'm scrolling and get to the end or the edge of the pages, theres this blue film that comes on and then disappears, it does it if you're like browsing the web and get all the way to the end of the page it will come on.. Is this normal or is the phone faulty?? Any wisdome would be appreciated ! Thanks

Yes it is normal. It is refered to as "overscroll"

Samsung actually had the "bounce effect" (from iPhone) within Touchwiz on the unlocked GS2, but because of the legal battles they are currently in with Apple, got rid of it and uses this effect instead.

Honestly it can get a little bit annoying at times it takes about a second for it to get off but I'll get used to to, I was used to the iPhone one so I thought for sure I had a faulty unit lol
