Help GPSONE Xtra Commands/ Options/ Settings

Im particular interested in know what each of these settings do and what the options are in full, any ideas??

What does this use? WIFI??

Indoor Positioning Settings
QUIPC disabled, 1: QUIPC enabled, 2: forced QUIPC only
QUIPC_ENABLED = 0

Full option list for the following??

LGE_GPS_POSITION_MODE=standalone
LGE_XTRA_NOTIFY_DOWNLOAD=1
