Help Green Droid Man

I am new here. I am loving my new Incredible.
But I was wondering if there is a way to change the "Droid" graphic when a call is coming in. I would like either a choice of graphic or no graphic at all.

there is no way to get rid of the little green android guy for incoming calls unless you have a contact picture set up...although I guess you could set the contact picture for people you don't have a picture for, to a picture of a black background

you should be able to set any graphic for the incoming call picture
