They actually look pretty cool. I like the green one although it's a bit loud. I like the comment how the design makes them look waterproof.

I've just been using a lightweight gpu case and the pouch I made, but after reading through the dropped phone thread I decided to try something more rugged. So, I ordered this one until the defender comes out in something other than black.

Wow look at the depth of the bezel around the camera cutout. It's a really thick case. I guess the dropped phone thread shook you up a bit... it looks nuke-proof

It's true! Totally freaked me out. Getting ready to go back to work and want something that can handle a good drop,the stray nuke, and a bevy of 5 year olds.
I would be so sad if my precious broke. I am concerned about the bezel around the camera though. Guess we'll see when it gets here. help

That case looks good. Does it cover the top and bottom also? It looks like it does but it is hard to tell from the pictures.

Yeah, I saw your post, which was fabulous btw, but decided to give it a try anyway. I might see if I can mod it before putting it on to make it a little more user friendly. Like I said, for 3 bucks it'll wind up in the trash if I hate it.

All you dual layer case folks really really should try out the Acase Superleggra
$14.95 shipped from amazon and I liked it MUCH more than the Incipio.
The hardened outer shell comes up the sides a little more which keeps the Silly Cone
I will have to take a few pics to show you. The case is also a breeze to get on and take off (car dock use).
Still waiting for mine. I read other rave reviews on it.
Bought it from a 3rd party seller from New Egg. The mailman mis-delivered my mail so.. now some asshole near my house decided to keep MY CASES that I PAID FOR instead of giving it back to the mailman so he can deliver it to the right place. Thanks guy... I hope I find out who you are so I can punch you in the throat....
I had to re-order from Amazon. So now instead of paying $30 (2 cases) I had to shell out $60 for cases that cost way less! UGH! I hate dishonest people that steal from good citizens!

Yeah, I tried contacting them a couple times. They just ignored me. I didn't know this before I bought it, but they had crappy reviews. Mostly about communication. I'm going to just file a claim, but New Egg says I can't file a claim until after 30 days. I'm fine with waiting as long as I get my money back. Oh well, still excited for my cases! My poor GS3 has been naked for almost 3 weeks now. I'm having it delivered to my work for good measure.

I have a tech21 impactology band case it's slim and it protects also gives you that extra grasp that I so much needed since this phone is slick and slippery.

I don't like any cases released yet and very few screen protectors cover the whole display due to the curve, the ones that are available are overpriced.
The Samsung case especially is just awful.
Get a cheap pouch for now imo.
If you want a screen protector worth your money check out buff screen protectors they look amazing

I just wanted to make sure you don't have the same problem removing yours as I did. Fortunately my wife had more patience than I did and somehow managed to get it off the phone without damaging the phone.
I haven't bothered to modify mine yet. If you have any success let me/us know what you did. I'll give it a try. I think just filing down one or two of the little quarter inch long nibs that snap into the slots will probably do the trick. I'm just afraid that if I try it and it's not successful I'll have to cuss loudly and nearly damage the phone again getting it off. And if I file off too much it won't stay on the phone properly and it'll be useless. Fortunately I have a box full of other cases that slip on and off easily. Though I doubt any protect the phone quite as well at that case.
