I bought the Diztronic TPU case in Dark Matte Blue and I like it a lot. I took the time to type out a mini-review of it in this very thread.

Verizon sells a dark blue glossy TPU case.....a little lighter shade than the Diztronic and also glossy all over. You might prefer that. It's $20 while the Diztronic is like 10 or 12.

Ebay has a million TPU cases.

Cases are a very subjective thing. Your question is kinda like posting on a car forum "Hey has anyone found a car with 4 wheels that they really like?" You will get a range of responses with such a general question.
 
For the record I have the otterbox defender and I love it. I work in an environment where bangs and phone abuse is common so I need a solid case. I had my atrix in a defender for 1.5 years in this environment and when I look it off to remove my sd card it was in like new condition. I cant be happier with this case but due to its size I can see why some people would not like it. TO each their own but I cant afford to buy a new phone off contract if I break this one so its the defender for me.
 
Ok, so how many cases did you guys go through before deciding on one?

I initially ordered a clear TPU case from JKase for the wife. It looked sweet on her phone. And for me, the Technocel SAL710HOCBK Holster Hybrigel Combo.

We both loved these cases until the wife dropped hers and cracked the screen. It was only from a waste-high drop. Obviously the TPU case wasn't enough, and I feared damaging mine so after she got a replacement I picked up an Otterbox Commuter for her, and a Defender for me.

However, we loved the first cases we got, and although I'm finally getting used to the size of the Defender, at first I was constantly swapping with the Technocel case. It's such a nice, sleek, and thin case and seems like it might provide some minimal drop protection, or at the very least a little more protection than a typical TPU case. I haven't dropped my phone yet (I'm not really a dropper :D), but I fear that the one time I have the phone out of the Defender and in the Technocel the unexpected will happen so I guess I'm going to stick with the Defender.

i really wish they made this case in tpu... ill never buy another hard case, but i have an unnatural obsession with the ace of spades

also, an update on my silicrylic dualpro, i stood up with it in my lap, and it went corner first down to the concrete. the phone was fine, and there was a small nick on the case, but thats it. happy so far :)

is it true the red S3 is a tad different shape then the blue and white ones ?? i recall seeing that in another thread somewhere on here. and if thats the case ( no pun intended) then you might be screwed and the red S3 might need a specific case to fit it. you should check into that bro

If you go on the speck website, they actually say that the candyshell doesnt fit the garnet red. I email them and they actually told me that the button dimensions are slightly different on the red compared to the white and blue. At the same time a member on android central told me the candyshell fits their red s3 fine. Im taking a chance and either getting the candyshell or commuter, i have to imagine speck made a mistake. I mean why would samsung make the red with different button dimensions?

True, but i had the same thing happen with me and my Optimus M. i bought a few cases for the optimus S and T. NONE OF THEM fit, mind you it was the same exact phone mine was from Metro, the S was from sprint and the T was from t mobile. for some strange reason the cases i bought did not fit, and i was down like 20 bucks i believe. email these vendors before to make sure yours will fit, regardless if something is 10 or 20 bucks even abit more, its not a good feeling to know you blew money on something that didnt work
 
I bought the Cruzerlite Case and for the most part I really like it. It doesn't add much bulk to the phone and seems to offer good protection. However the cutouts seem to be misalinged. The 2 holes for the mics are barely functional. The charge port hole is off center and causes problems with pluging in the USB cable, as is also the case with the headphone port.
Is there a case like the Cruzerlite but has better fit and finish? I like the clear case as it shows the color of the phone well.

I don't have the Spigen case but I looked at the link you provided. It will be quite a step down as far as protection goes. The top and bottom edges are open and unprotected with this case. I have about a dozen cases that I've bought for this phone and a few of them are double layer cases that are still pretty thin. And they also protect all 4 edges. To me that's very important. That's your call for your phone though. It just seems that if you already bought the Otterbox case then protection is a priority to you. There are a lot of other cases available that aren't as thick as the Otterbox but still provide much better protection than the Spigen case you're considering. I did a full review of all the cases I have previously in this thread if you're interested in seeing some alternatives.

Add another fan of the acase superleggera here. Fits great, doesn't add much bulk, slides out of pocket nicely. Looks like my phone dimensions went from the stated 136.6 x 70.6 x 8.6 mm to about 140x75x13.5

Got the SPG curved glass protector but haven't put it on yet to see how well they work together. If nothing else, the lip on the case keeps the screen from touching if I were to put it face down.

I just got the case today... great buy for $0.70!
It's very attractive. A little on the "slippery" side, but it fits in my holster and looks good.
I also purchased the "mirrored" screen protectors, 3 for $0.50, they are really awesome! I don't know if they will make it hard to see the screen in the sunlight or not yet. But it gives the phone a nice look when it's sitting on the table in sleep mode.
