Help gs4 developer option

i have updated my gs4 i337m bell to 4.2.2 and i dont see the developer option in the more section of phone any idea and i judt rooted it and it rooted

I believe what you need to do is head into About Phone and click on the Android version number several times until they show up.
This was something Google implemented around the 4.1 days.

You'll want to tap android version 10 times, then you'll see a pop up saying "you are now a developer"

Back out and you'll have dev options now.

im doing that and it brings up a jelly bean and says andriod 4.2.2

It's not the android version that you need to tap, it's the build number. tap that 8-10 times.
