Root [GUIDE] FLASH PLAYER, ya you heard me right!!

Report back here what works good and what doesn't.

So far I hooped on justin.tv and saw the flash chatbox pop up, immediately installed the app, didn't try video in the browser. In the JTV player app the video has major artifacting and is only like 5fps, audio is perfect.
 
Also you went from mentioning flash player to posting this guide in like 30 seconds lol that was quick
 
LOL. It was my lightbulb that went off and I wanted the thank yous.

I've helped over a dozen people debrick now, and 1 thanks in the thread, bet you I get more thanks for thinking about the hacked flash player than the 30+ hours I put into figuring out the full service restore... oh well, lol.

I tried some games on miniclip and they worked fine
 
When watching justin tv the artifacting goes away when the credits come on the screen in black and white... maybe B&W movies will play better.... off to find a flash version of the trailer park boys movie and have a victory smoke...

HA!!!! And to think people said we'd never see flash on the optimus m. This is one hell of a find. Thank you very much! :)

I've found that the performance governor helps out alot...but I wouldn't recommend Miren Browser for viewing video as its brutally unstable at high speeds.
 
Well you have to be running that rom for it to work. Theoretically I guess it should work on BobZhome's or PLayfulGods roms also but I have not tested.

Anyone running one of those roms report back and I'll update the op.

Well right now i'm running reppards build. The one before he updated the kernel and added the smartass gov. Will it work on that?
