Root [Guide]- How to install Google Now in Easy Steps w/ Pictures

Didn't work for me; I got no message saying 2 apps were updating after 2nd reboot and it simply removed the google search bar similar to user labstud. I followed the original post step-by-step to no avail. It seems like the app is buggy anyways, so I reverted googlequicksearch.apk to its old name and thankfully it seems now my stock google search bar is working just the same as before.

This didn't work for me. I tried 5 times and I get nothing. I extract the file into my sdcard then copy the downloaded system files into /system and copy then merge. I reboot and rename the apk then reboot and I don't get the message that it is upgrading? Thanks in Advanced
