Root [GUIDE] Howto Root LG Motion 4G

So I've got a problem now.

SuperSU came with the root, but I got Super User. It didn't work, installed SuperSU again. Now I tried the cleanup for new app feature on SuperSU and I can't get Super User or SuperSU to work at all?

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1818502I cannot take any credit at all for this. I have googled and then tried this method to see if we truly have root.

The results. YES

The instructions below is for a LG optimus 4X DH and it works flawlessly with the LG Motion 4G. I have myself tried this and I can confirm root access.

THIS IS IMPORTANT>>>>>DO NOT FOLLOW LINE ONE, INSTALL YOUR OWN PHONE DRIVERS......DO NOT INSTALL THE DRIVERS IT TELLS YOU TO<<<<<

I managed to fix my super user problems, but have now lost access to my Camera, seems I have to unbrick it now.

Then re-root

sweet, just followed steps until command promnt and then i unziped o4xr.zip and then i open folder and double clicked root and then .batch ran and finished and now im rooted. i love it. I love this mini iphone killer.

Actually if you root the phone and your camera doesn't work doin a factory reset there's no need to reroot as after the reset your still rooted. I found that interesting.....

I thought the app would still be there but you lose root binary O.o

Thanks, but after reading some of the posts (broken signal, cam etc) I'd rather wait for another root, i don't feel that secure with this root.

I don't really know what's going on with some of these people lol, but I did the root the same night it was found and have zero issues.

I've even bricked twice (testing something ;)) and rerooted each time after returning to stock and no issues those times either.
