Root Guide to Rooting Without a Computer

Have you tried the one in the All Things Root Guide? The link takes you to the Xionia Developers site. The download link is below the screen shots.
 
hey can you please pm me as i have tryed this for 3 days now and still not working when i doanload the files they all say unsuccessful all but 1 flash_image it downloaded but not there when i open terminal user after i type in all you said to it just says no such file excists please help almost bald from pulling hair out lol
 
The downloaded recovery file is in a ZIP format. Do I have to unzip it? If so what Zip program do you suggest. My "Express Zip" keeps crashing.

Change it to.img and put it on the root of your SD card.
What recovery are you going with.
