I was on 10d and stock factory. I just had taken steps to stop ota updates. Guess that is what saved me from them. If it had rebooted they'd of jammed me.
So pulled battery, did your update,rooting,twrp and all is beautiful again in just 20 minits.

Thank you and ALL the other devs who made this possable . You Guys Rock in my book.

I have just use the flashable update.zip and now I do not have the quicknote for notification panel

Update flashed fine. Quick question.. Why is everything bigger . Like the softkeys, notification bar etc.?

Sorry guys I don't know. These are pulled from the firmware and were already tested on xda and confirmed working fine. Make sure that you wiped data, cache, and dalvik in recovery.

Also keep in mind that the kdz method is still the recommended way to update since you'll get a clean factory install.

@GameTheory was the Dpi changed?

Seems like Lg updated the Dpi then.

Not on my phone or the other folks that tested this. Dpi is still the same at 320 set in build.prop...
Code:
ro.sf.lcd_density=320

You can always lower that number if you like. Personally, I like it set at 304. Some folks set it a lot lower.

Note that the lower the number the smaller everything will be and the higher the number the bigger everything will be.

Stock for this phone is 320. 258 was set by you at some point either manually or with an app or mod. You don't seem to have a clean install because build.prop gets overwritten when you flash the update therefore setting it back to 320. I would wipe data and reflash again if I were you.
