Root [GUIDES] OneClickRoot | v10J Flashable ROM | Unbrick Guide

Enable USB debugging, revoke debugging permissions, then plug your phone into your pc and run the script, it should ask for debugging permission, check to always allow and grant it.

well seems like thanks to @Unjustified Dev from XDA now we have a Full working Custom Recovery (TWRP) i tested mine (TMobile Variant) and Back-up / Restore works which is my main thing plus flashing files work as well.

seems like this Custom Recovery works with Metro Variant but NOT with Boost and as usual flash recovery on you own risk.

just to clarified this if you have a BOOST Stylo DON'T flash this it will brick or mess up your device this is just for T-Mobile/Metro Devices
AWESOME!

Well now my lg g stylo(boost mobile) is brick I accidentally deleted the build prop so now its just stuck at booting up. I tried the link for boost mobile but it didn't work because im on zv7 or 6.0.
Can you just try to boot into recovery (stock) n wipe data factory. ?

I have done that doesn't work. I have some solutions I think might work
ADB #1
you can install update using adb I think if figure out how to use it I could restart my phone ( I can update with my SD card it gives me an error)

6.0 system.IMG
I think if I was able get the system.IMG for 6.0 the unbricking way for 5.1.1 might work if replace the system.IMG

What carrier are you with? I'm on Boost, I think we are the only ones without custom recovery but we do have root! WooHooo:D
Please give me a link on a root guide. I'm on Boost running Marshmallow and have been looking all over for a root guide. I need to get rid of bloatware

There's no root, kingroot does temp root but I've only seen bootloops come from trying to root on MM

No the installation dll should not allow it. The phones have different firmware. You will brick it so don't attempt it.

...and hopefully the ROM devs have included some asserts at the top of the updater-script to test for what/which devices may be allowed to flash that particular ROM :) (to protect folks from harmful flashes).
