Help Handbrake settings

What do you guys recommend for the best Handbrake settings to get DVDs onto the Desire Z?

I only run Macs and Ubuntu machines, but I am open to suggestions of other software for getting DVDs to the SD card on my phone.
I want to watch films during a flight in a few weeks time, so I need to get ripping now

After a lot more searching I found the answer.

If there's a preset for the iPod try that out first, as iirc those use the ideal codec/wrapper combination i.e. H.264/MPEG4.
