Help Haptic Feedback for soft buttons

I've been searching through the settings, but can not seem to find if there is a way to disable the haptic feedback on the soft buttons... In the keyboard options you can disable it, but it does not impact the keys by the home button

Under sounds. There should be an option to check or uncheck vibrate on touch.

Thanks! I have no idea how I didn't see that (maybe because it was the very bottom option) because I know I looked at that screen several times.
