I got an email out to the guy to see if they do, I was directed to this by a buddy who said that the guy does do LGs, I'm just waiting for confirmation.....I also planon buying a 6$ jig from them to see if that works, I know it says its a Samsung jig, but Samsungs like LGs look for download mode

If you are truly hard bricked, I believe you would need the JTAG.

Hmm.. the Samsung jig only six bux. 45 for the JTAG.

Only Samsung on the main list.. with the, "..not all devices we support are on the list.." blurb.

either way the jig is useless, they both look for download mode but they arent the same mode. and even then the jigs dont work on new samsung devices.

a jtag would work if you knew how to load teh files etc im gunna go out of my way and suggest that they prolly wouldnt however, since you needto know teh jtag pinout

That's a good point about the newer devices not responding to the jig (I used it on my first Galaxy Tab long ago ).

That site in the OP, though, does list testimonials from Note owners, etc. Of course, the issues may not have needed the outdated jigs, etc.

fwiw i have seen jtag pinout for the motion and incase im mistaken i know what i saw will work as a jtag pinout that was why i was talking about it the other day to 2gig

i just got that other flash tool, it wants a login,maybe the dll will work for the lg pro tool. if not i am just sending it in.the phone is physically fine,should be able to be fixed in 15 minutes. i think is wrong is sbl2 or sbl3 got written on. i was hoping to used an already bricked phone as experiment for these tools.see if everything can be rewritten

That will permabrick him (if he could even get the TOT file in that thread to flash....)

Even if he used the TOT from this thread, you NEED a MS770.DLL made for LGNPST. The one I linked in this thread is made for LG Flash Tool.
