Interesting...With the moto droid, they were giving people shirts. Maybe they did this for select Incredible customers as well?

It might be the 2gb memory card that was added shortly after the release.
THe rep or person that sold the phone would have had to go back in and re-order the memory card. Initially, you had to put the memory card on the same order as the phone in order to receive the free or discounted card. Now they changed the sku for the phone to include a memory card with it. So unless you had a really nice sales rep, im going with shirt.

A shirt? Signature required for that!!!! It would be weird if it was a shirt and you needed a signature for that.

Anything sent from verizon requires signature..Saves our backsides =)

When the moto droid backdoor failed, ppl were getting free backdoors shipped that required signatures in a 5x5x5 box lol..a peice of paper thin aluminum..

So... what was in the box?

Edit: This thread just gave me a flashback of the original Incredible pre-release thread. Fortunately, the OP is not Montana Man.

the box?!?!?!?

i hate to disappoint everybody, myself included, but i think its a false alarm. there is another resident in my building, a renter, who has the same last name and i often get mail addressed to him in my mailbox since he isnt listed as an owner. lazy work by the letter carrier and fedex delivery guy by not checking the mailing label more closely. i wont know for sure until i get home tonight and see the delivery, but i am pretty convinced and have good reason to believe the package was actually for him. well, he can have the tee shirt of whatever crap it is anyway, all i really want is froyo!

got another call from fed ex this afternoon and verified the package was not in fact for me. oh well, sorry to create all this excitement for nothing. it was fun speculating for a day anyway. back to our regularly scheduled programming.
