Root Has anyone tried CWM touch?

I was in Rom manager today and noticed it said CWM touch was available, and I was wondering if anyone has tried it yet and if it's worth the download.

I tried it for the Desire HD. It certainly makes things easier to navigate and makes CWM easier to use. If you flash things on a regular basis, I'd say it's worth it, but there's no harm in keeping the standard version.

Are the selections in a larger font and spread out more? I couldn't reliably hit the correct selection if I tried to use the normal one's layout. I'd hate to hit delete instead of restore!

Yeah, they're quite a bit bigger:

Not my screenshot, but it gives you an idea of the size difference, I can't find any comparison screen shots unfortunately. There is a lot more space to mess around with.

I like it much better too. I was using TWRP and since giving the touch version of CW a whirl I haven't gone back and don't feel I'm missing anything.

welp,im still using twrp on my thunderbolt. i still like twrps features and menus better, plus ive never been a fan of clockwork. drellisdee has taken amon ra up to version 3.14 for other devices, wich uses a similar touch scroll to twrp. ive always been a huge fan of amon, and would use 3.14 if it ever becomes avaiable.

to me,being able to actually touch the menu option i want is not a big deal. touch scroll and capacative buttons work well.

just my 2 cents. :)

I haven't upgraded to cwm touch because I'm scared of hitting something accidentally, like accidentally formatting my sd card. For those who use it, do I need to be worried about that?
