Wow, I'm sure they can't wait till Friday.

I know some people can't...my credit history is not that great just didn't want to be disappointed on June 4th.

Also, Sprint gave me a reference number for the application ...so it should be quick & easy on June 4th to get the phone.

same as you, but WHY am i approved for 10 lines on at&t and t-mobile but only 5 on sprint? i always heard sprint was easier to get approved to the other big carriers.

Unless you have a corporate account, Sprint usually approves only five lines because that is the most you can have on a shared, non-business plan.

Quick question. I had the preapproval did under my spouse name, because they have a corporate discount. I am porting my number over from ATT. Is it possible to still have my name show up on the EVO caller ID or will it be under my spouses name, since the account is being created under their name?

I contacted Sprint and they said they can change the "caller ID" phone name to anyone, but I'm just asking has anyone else ever had this done?

If you failed the ID check, you can still just go in the store with ID and do it.

I called Sprint telephone sales a few weeks ago to see if they would be taking pre orders on the EVO and they said NO! The guy did offer to run my credit and get me a credit confirmation # good for 45 days. I just gave that number to Radio Shack when I pre ordered.

Yeah Sprint will give you incomplete application number....just use that BB & they can pull up your account ...all they would have to do is add a plan to it & assign the phone to your account.

i just called sprint and maybe the guy was an idiot, but he said they use different systems and bestbuy would probably have to do a credit check on their own.

I called Sprint and they said they could run a check but they would not be sure if Best Buy would accept it. Then she went on to tell me that the only way I could get the 30 money back guarantee and the warranty I needed to go through Sprint and not a 3rd party.

Even all 3rd party like RS, BB, Walmart, & most other small retail stores like Wireless Jungle & etc offer 30 day money back...you can always end your contract within that period. That's why Companies like ATT, Verizon, Sprint pay these retailers after like 2 months.

The lady knew exactly what I was saying & walked me through the application process total it took (7-10minutes) at the end I got mine Incomplete App#

damn that sucks....

RS uses the same system as sprint...lol I am sure they just log into there portal to sign people up. BB is lagging behind.
