Help Having trouble with mobile network

I am having an issue specifically with my yahoo mail app..To get it to upload email I have to turn off my mobile network and turn it on again then refresh my yahoo mail page to upload.

My internet works fine just the yahoo...

Any ideas?

You could try 2 things

Go to manage applications, go to the yahoo app, clear cache and clear data(warning,you may have to set it up again). Then reboot phone

OR

Uninstall the application, reboot phone, then redownload the yahoo app

Clear unneeded emails,clear related caches,there are several cache cleaner apps in the Market,I like Quick System Info,it has a clear cache icon which can be added making clearing all caches in one tap,I clear mine 2-3 times per wk. which adds much needed memory & helps keep it running smooth.It also has many other useful features.I would do a power off/on after clearing the first time.
