Root hboot 2.10 downoad link not working

Ok heres an update. I decided to flash unrevoked forever to get s-off back again for the moment. After getting s-off back, I booted into bootloader and I realized that I forgot to delete the PC36IMG file that had to be flashed after getting s-on in the unroot process. So the PC36IMG gets scanned and guess what...It prompts me for an update. wtf? Its only working when I have s-off. What should I do now? If I update first, will I still be able to get s-on?

no, because when you use the PC36IMG file it will give you a stock rom and recovery. the stock recovery you will not be able to access and thus you can;t flash the s-on tool. so the order needs to be to flash the s-on tool then use the PC36IMG file get everything back to stock. my suggestion is to try it again to unroot.

Ok I started over twice and I keep getting the same resuts. Do you think its because maybe Im using the PC36IMG from the gingerbread section?

lets try this one:
PC36IMG_SuperSonic_GB_Sprint_WWE_4.24.651.1_Radio_ 2.15.00.05.02_NV_2.15_release_199233_signed
not sure if this will work or not as it is a newer then your hboot.
