Hi Friends:

I have my HTC Rezound with the following:

PhoneROM: ConROMV6
Baseband version: 0.95.00.1017_2r, 0.95.1013r
Build Number: 3.14.605.12
UNLOCKED
VIGOR PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT-2.10.0000

Recovery: RA-VIGOR v.3.1.0-getitnowmarketing

I would like to update my HTC Rezound with the following:

Baseband version: 2.23.10.0123r, 2.23.10.0124r
HBOOT-2.28.0000

What the best way to update?, What do you recommend me?, Can you help me please?

unfortunately,there is not a complete list of firmware for the newest global rezound firmware. you have a couple of options to get there:

1)youll need to track down all the OTAPkg's between what you have and current. there was a prep OTA to 3.14.605.14(i think) then the actual OTA to 4.05.605.14. ive not used my rezound daily for some time,so i cannot recall if there were any minor updates after that.

once you find the OTAPkgs,youll need to pull firmware.zip from them,and install them in order. you can remove the boot image and recovery if youd like.

2) you can simply run the RUU for your current build,then allow the phone to OTA to current(assuming youre still using it on vzw)

either way,make a nandroid backup(just in case) and make backups using titanium,mybackup,or equivalent so you can re-set everythign up,if needed.

You are S-OFF and already on ICS firmware, there is nothing stopping you from just getting the firmware.zip to update HBoot and radios, then get the ZIP of your recovery of choice (TWRP/PhilZ/CWM) and flashing them with the PH98IMG.zip method, then wipe and flash ROM and Gapps.

Of course, the "best" method would be to follow the complete Downgrade/Upgrade guide on XDA in the Q&A forum, then flash custom recovery, then ROM and Gapps.
