never heard of it. if its a "cheap" tablet then there may not be anything that you can do for it.

no ! but all the HCL series tablet have rooting procedure available and it were successful ,but I tried one click root and many other but nothing works..It says "FAILED TO GET Root SHELL PERMISSIONS" and superclick also stuck up at #7..

off brand devices will not always have support for it if at all. sorry but i did some searching for you and can't find anything that will work.

my personal opinion having bought both a brand name tablet and an off brand name tablet I must say that I cannot see my self buying another off brand tablet. No Google Play is one aspect that I really don't like. Most have little to no real help. If your able to root and even get Google Play on them most apps won't work on the off brand tablet (This has been my experience) I now am the proud owner of a Google Nexus 7 and love love love it. It has support all kinds of support. It supports the apps I use and love.
