Root HDMI assistance

i'm running Mikg 2.56, poonsense su- 2.3.6.3 , hdmi video out shows in notification bar but no video or audio. Gingerbread root with Revolutionary. HDMwin makes no difference. Same with wifes evo however its only rooted with Revolutionary, no kernel other than what mikg 2.56 runs.

I'm not ruling out bad cable.

i do not think that poon sense supports hdmi. try the freedom kernel or chop suey kernels.
