Bit vague I'm afraid. What happens when you select Backup in CWM?

You are obviously rooted as you have SuperUser and Titanium Backup Pro is functioning.

i go into CWM and select backup it then reboots into recovery mode and does nothing, ive lso tried going into manual recovery mode using volume key and home ket etc, and there is no option to backup or anything

Reflash the CF-Root kernel - it sounds as if the CWM Recovery hasn't installed correctly.

i used the insecure kernal from the video link ironass gave me

The link Ironass provided above the video is the kernel. Reflash with Odin and you should be good to go.

Hi Slug,

Odin is not recognizing my phone :-( It was recognizing it before. Suddenly it stopped recognizing the phone!

Ironass, thanks for your advice above on the boot loop - nice and concise cheers. After i took the battery out and rebooted into recovery I wiped user data and cache and it stopped the boot loop. now i'm going to flash cfroot again (rooted a couple of weeks ago and tried 2 roms but neither as stable or smooth as stock).
