Help Hello All!

Ive had a lot of Android Phones since the 1st "Droid" from Verizon. I went though all the problems with the Samsung "Moment" after the 2.1 update WOW! that was a drag. Any way now I have the Samsung Captivate and I love it! There are however a couple of problems. 1st the Charge/Data cable would "POP" out of the phone, I fixed it with a "Jeweler's" screwdriver.And this one I'm still trying to fix! Any tips would be appreciated! The problem is the Captivate will not load up on my computer! Ive downloaded that new software program, But it refuses to load! My computer is new and using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit.
