Help Help!! Can't boot into phone

Cant boot into phone get stuck on s/w upgrade screen now..and when I reboot it gets stuck at fastboot mode screen

Ok I tried to flash a recovery and it rebooted for me to get to a fastboot mode started screen with a failure..Then when I try to go into emergency mode by pressing back+vol up and power it goes into a s/w upgrade do not unplug, but it does not actually do anything.

I downloaded the program PDANET and then flashed the stock recovery onto the phone

There's a stock recovery for this phone? If so where and how do you flash it to the phone?

Yes there is a stock recovery and I flashed mine with fastboot when my phone had no recovery..
