Root Help! Can't connect to mobile network.

Last night, I upgraded my wife's phone using MY upgrade eligibility at the Sprint store. To do this they had to take my Evo off my account, put the new phone on, then switch it to my wife, then put my original Evo back on my account.

Everything seemed to be working fine, until I got to work today and have noticed that I can't connect to the mobile network. Wifi is fine, but getting on the 3G does not work. I have turned the mobile network off and on, pulled the battery, turned off the wifi, wiped cache/dalvik, restored a nandroid, flashed a new rom, everything I can think of and nothing works! My co-workers also have Sprint and they aren't having any issues, so I know it's not the network.
I'm wondering if when the re-connected my phone last night, something was messed up.

I am currently running [MikRoms] Supersonic 3D RC1.2 10-14-11 [Sense 3.5 GB 2.3.5]. If anyone has advice/suggestions, etc. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

Yes. Calls and texts are fine, expect for pictures- it won't send or download any picture mail.

Have you updated profile update and prl? Usually when a phone is activated they have to do prl and profile update

EDIT: Check that, you are on supersonic 3D. You will have to flash another sense rom with the ability to update prl and profile update. tommy's Classic sense 1.0 rom is small so I would make a nandroid of your current rom then do a full wipe and flash classic. No need to sign in, just go to menu>settings>updates and update prl and profile update. Then restore your nandroid

Thanks I'll give this a try. Does it matter which order I update the profile and prl? Also, do I need wifi access (since I can't get on the network)?

Once you are loaded into a Sense 1.0 rom like Tommy's, which is based off of stoc, then you should have your data connection back.
Once it's loaded don't bother signing into your accounts. Just update profile and PRL in Phone settings.

That should do it and then restore the Nandroid you made before running the Sense 1.0 Rom.
If there was a 3.5 Sense Rom ported from a Sprint phone you would be able to do it from there. But Sprint doesn't have 3.5 on any of their HTC phones yet.
