Root Help! Can't get past HTC white screen!

I am able to flash MYN warm 2.2 just fine. The weird thing is that this ROM worked beautifully the other night...I just returned to my Nandroid backup to make a titanium backup...stupid me thought I was getting an update and I flashed the file for the INCREDIBLE phone, rather than the EVO. Now I can't flash the ROM!

Okay, so if Myn's 2.2 works, and you can restore the nandroid and make your backups in TB, you could then restore the apps from the nandroid to a new rom?

Try re-downloading the rom. Maybe it (the file) became corrupt somehow.

yeah i'm not sure what else you can do. it seems that wiping is not necessarily helping much. and flashing a rom is not working. the only thing that i think may at least getting you a workable phone is to maybe try and run a ruu. we will try a PC36IMG file and see of we can get it working. if that does not work then we will try an actuall ruu. so lets try this first: PC36IMG_SuperSonic_S_Sprint_WWE_3.70.651.1_Radi..zip. 1.download the file
2.rename the file by erasing the "_SuperSonic_S_Sprint_WWE_3.70.651.1_Radi.." of the name so that it is just PC36IMG
3.transfer the file to the root of the sd card(no folder)
4.power off then press and hold power+vol down
5.hboot should see it and select yes to update

now once it is done you will have a stock rom. however, you will also have a stock recovery which you will not have access to. so you will need to use a custom recovery. you can get them here:http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all-things-root/259446-clockwork-amon-ra-pc36img-files.html. just do the same thing as you did with the ruu above. it is the same process.

hope this works otherwise you can try this:
RUU_SuperSonic_S_Sprint_WWE_3.70.651.1_Radio_2...exe
1.download it to your computer
2.run it on your computer and connect your phone when it tells you to do it. just make sure that you have usb debugging turned on.

and same thing in that you need a custom recovery so that you flash roms again.

not sure that it will, but i think that a ruu might be abke to crack whatever that rom for the incredible did to your phone. also it might to do a better job at wiping and cleaning your phone. not exactly sure whte else to do at this point. it is almost like you are unroting your phone, but you will still have s-off so we can still get you a recovery if it works.

Yup. You'll still have s-off though, so you might just have to put on a recovery (or maybe do unrevoked again...)

ocnbrze would know.

Will this unroot my phone? If so...will unrevoked be able to unroot it again?

like 9to5 said it will sort of unroot your phone. you will be half unrooted. you do need s-on to be fully unrooted. the ruu will give you a stock unrooted rom and a stock recovery which you will not be able to have access to. next step would be to install a custom recovery preferably amon ra and flash a rom or try a nandroid backup. goal really is to see if we can get a stock rom loaded and booted up.

I did a recover log and it said that I have a bunch of bad blocks. What happens if I try to flash stock ROM and it runs into these bad blocks and bricks my phone?

ok so i'm not sure what a bad block is. i have never seen that error. it could be a hard drive issue, but i'm not completely sure. looks like akazabam is around. i will pm him and see if he can help out here.
