Root Help Changing Rom?

Hi, I want to change the rom on my Amaze to Cyanogenmod 9, but I get stuck on the boot loader. Can someone help? I'm rooted, I've installed roms before, I followed correct steps, and repeated the whole process a bunch of times.
 
I forgot to say some roms work, but cyanogenmod doesn't, neither 9 or 10, so is there one that's as close to jellybean as possible? No fourth bar, it's too buggy.

Ok thats good. Are you positive that smart flash is enabled in the settings menu in 4ext?
Also try redownloading the rom, maybe a bad flash?
If that doesnt work, do a full wipe (factory reset), Format System, and wipe both dalvik and regular cache before installing the rom.
May i have the link to the CM10 rom you are trying to install please.

What's smart flash? I tried all of that, but it doesn't work. I change to AOKP because everyone says it's the best, but I keep having th same problem. I tried flashing clockwork mod, but it doesn't help at all for anything.

When ever it starts up, the boot animation just keeps on looping. If you can help with cyanogenomod, that would be great.

use 4ext.
since you arent s-off you need to have smartflash enabled in 4ext so that the roms kernel is flashed, which will let it boot.
so download lastest nightly and flash with smart flash on.
 
how do i turn smart flash on if im using rom manager? everything else is the same for me except that i got the cm from cyanogenmod.org and downloaded the latest one
