Root Help erasing all non-essentials?

I'm planning on selling my op v to fund my evo 4g, it hasnt been activated for over 3 months now and I was wondering how to remove personal info like old number/voicemails and stuff. I'm currently deleting most of the sd card but is there a shortcut I'm forgetting?

If it's rooted follow Petrah's ZV9 GUIDE. Just the part where you flash the update. This will safely return your phone to the "Out of the box" unrooted state with the stock recovery and all user data erased, except the data on the uSD.
