Help Help EVO 4G is stuck on some stupid screen please help

ok, so today I took a shower, got out and my phone was off, I cut it on once and it went all the way to that SPRINT EVO 4G white screen then cut off. so I was like RIGHTTTTT, I started the phone back up and it did the same thang so then I do it the third time and it went to that screen thats white with three android Icons at the bottom and it has that HBOOT stuff and RECOVERY and all that, but it will not let me access those icons with the VOL up or VOL down. is this fixable or should I go get me another Iphone?
 
I'm new to Droid's and Androids, but very capable of following instructions if this is an easy fix if not I'll understand thanks.

Moved thread the the EVO 4G forums, the folks here should be best qualified to help you get your phone back to a working condition.
 
Thanks for moving my post lol I swear all I want is my phone back I cant afford to shell out no money its so close to christmas and I'm bout lifeless without my Cell phone.
 
Sounds like it could have gotten moisture in it.you may want to pull battery out and try putting phone in rice overnight
