I tried to downgrade using THIS thread for instructions, but now I'm bricked. Turn on the phone, black screen, metro pcs sound, nothing after that. PLEASE HELP.

Optimus M came with 2.2.1

try downloading the upgrader http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/client/app/Verizon/LGMobileUpdate.exe

this should do it

Just wanted to say a REALLY BIG THANKS TO YOU, New Optimus. I rooted my phone and deleted media file by accident. Many features like ringtones, notifications, camera and downloads didnt work. My phone was down for more than one week until I used the upgrade link that you provided here. Everything is good now. Many blessings to you.
