Help!!!! How to transfer files?

I just bought a samsung infuse 4g. What program do i use to transfer music, photos, etc. to my phone from my PC? I tried Samsung Kies 2.0 and it said it does not support this phone. Then I downloaded PC Studio and it just stays on "trying to connect" the whole time. I just can't seem to get my phone connected at all. Which program should I be using to sync my phone, and why won't it recognize my phone?

When I plug my phone in kies works. The but I have been using double twist, more specifically, Airsync. No wires needed.
