Help Help! Htc evo broken home button?

hello,
i have had my htc evo about a week, i have not downloaded any odd software only a handfull of apps have not rooted my evo or anything close to that. all day today my home button didnt work. i turned it off then on it worked for about five minutes then stopped! any help?! ive been on a waiting list and it breaks after a week?! please i need someones help!
