I just used the pc36img.zip from the how to guide on rooting. It apparently worked this time but now I'm stuck at the boot screen. I suppose I have no ROM now? Where can I get one and what do I do with it... if that is indeed the problem?
When I turn my phone on it goes straight to the boot screen. If it helps my wife has an unrooted evo here. I think I can use that to get files to my sdcard from the computer? Anyway. I'm a little distressed over this and don't know what to do while I wait for help.
Yes. I just did that a few times and I think the update finally worked. It didn't load all the files the first few times. It just restarted. Now it's going through the ok's and I think I'm finally getting to a stock unrooted phone. Panic over. Thanks for being here.
