You can update your PRL through settings>systemupdates.Update PRL

The PRL or Prefered Roaming List gets updated then you need to update the profile afterwords.

Not sure this is going to accomplish what your looking for. However I'm not sure what your looking for

You'll have to root your phone to change prl's, just fyi 86 is the most recent

I heard that you can be stock....is there a way?
