Root Help me find the best rom for my wife

After a month of trying to convince my wife to let me root her phone, she finally caved and told me to go ahead and do it. Now I'm trying to figure out which rom to set her up on.

She will need something that's very close to stock sense and 100% functional. She's had issues with the low memory notification in the past, so I'm hoping a nice and speedy rom will help keep it at bay. any suggestions?
 
currently i'm running senseless revolution and love it, great battery life, haven't had to flash a custom kernel yet. i'm using launcher pro plus, but if she doesn't want to buy that redemptive revolution is great as well as myn's warm two point two, all are sense based roms and i have run them on my phone without any problems.
Virtuous is also a great one, basically stock sense with the verizon "bloatware" removed. Runs great and gets better than stock battery life. Theres your choices.
Haven't tried skyraider 3.5 but there is lots of love for that around here, i think people are running lous #4 kernel with it, might want to double check though. either way any of those will do fine.
 
I've heard good things about Nils' Business Sense and Virtuous is always good for a stockish Rom. Might try CacheMate for root users also to maybe help with the space notification issues. She may lose that problem anyway depending on what you carry over from the Rom flash.
 
Have been running Virtuous 3.2 since its release a while ago, I would highly recommend this rom with Lou's Kernel. I think Lou's kernel is up to #8, but I haven't tried that one yet, I've been running it on #7 and it has great battery life. Pretty much a stock sense with the bloatware removed.
