Help Help me get it back

Can someone tell me how to get my 4g on/off toggle widget back? I ended up deleting all my toggles but WiFi and gas as those are the only ones I was really using. As it turns out though bellingham is the only other Washington city besides Seattle that has 4g and I go there at least once a week to visit friends. Also if anybody on here is from bellingham or if you have been there and tried the 4g how is the coverage and speed?

Long press what just a blank area on the screen or another icon......you lost me there.

any blank space on any homescreen will do.

yes...it is a widget...long press on the screen like you would to add any widget or app shortcut.
