Help Help me PLEASE!!!!

Okay, I am really upset and don't know what to do anymore. I am on my 4th infuse and each of them have had the same issue. After the third phone I started wondering if it was just me but I talk to the sales person in the store and they said someone else was having same issues as me. Each one I have had has been running hot, cuts off on its own, screen goes black, takes along time to do anything so long that I have to try and stop it. One minute it will say I have a full charge and 10 minutes later I'm in the yellow zone what the heck someone please help me cause I don't want to give up the phone but something is just not right!!!!

Is it running hot right out of the box? In other words, before you've done anything to it? What's happening sounds like a problem with the phone, or maybe just the battery, but I haven't had any problems I know of, and it's hard to believe that four in a row would have this problem if it wasn't a known issue. Maybe there's a bad batch. Would they just replace the battery to see what happens?

My infuse did the same thing out of the box. I reflashed the ROM with Infused ROM and I haven't had a shutdown or running hot issue since.

If you don't want to root and run custom ROM try reloading the Stock ROM on your phone.

List the apps that you're running as well. There might be something your running that could make the phone run hot.

I may be having the same issue, every rom I have tried thus far...turn screen off, go back later to check my phone and it's shut itself off

This sounds like there may be something messed up with the software of the phone. This is because someone said having a different rom fixed that. If you have the phone try restoring it. This may just fix the problem.

My phone came flashed with the newest OTA update. This is pure speculation but something may have gone wrong at the factory like you suggest.

never heard of this problim, not saying it doesnt happen.. however this is your 4th one so have you sat at store with it running till it does this or did you dl a few apps? or did you run everything at once?

did they give you a complete new phone? sim card and mini sd and most important a new batt?

just to me giving the info here that there is more to this as its the 4 th one!
