Help me root my phone

M using Samsung gs3 .
And now I want to root my phone bcoz battery backup is killing me and I wanna change the look. (Not that launcher feeling).
So somebody help which rom to add..

Its international version s3
Without any carrier (I guess)

well your all set with funky youll be rooted in no time friendly advice look up about backing up your efs before ya root

What are efs ??

meant to say efs folder not efs...
your efs folder contains your imei number which is how devices with imei number communicate with the network no imei you have a dud...
your gonna want to back it up ASAP after you get rooted back it upthen backup up your phone(nandroid) and keep it secure copy on sd card and on pc so if you ever screw your device up you can restore it

im positive there is a thread here to explain how to back it up
